The conference will use a virtual platform (called VirBELA) to host the meeting. This platform requires the installation of a dedicated software in your computer and a basic training. Please, follow these steps:
1) Check that your computer meets the technical requirements (see “System Requirements (Virbela).pdf”)
2) Wait the invitation e-mail from VirBELA (you will receive it on Sunday 11 in the afternoon (Madrid time)
3) Install the software clicking on the e-mail (read and follow the guides “Downloading and Installing Virbela. pdf”)
3) Read the tutorials:
Audio and Microphone Settings (Virbela)
We strongly recommend to get familiar with the platform before the event. You will able to navigate through the platform from Sunday (after receiving your invitation) until the end of the conference.
4) Participate in the conference.
