2020 edition of the International Symposium on Wearable Robotics (WeRob2020)

 

Dear colleague,

It is our pleasure to announce the 2020 edition of the International Symposium on Wearable Robotics (WeRob2020), http://www.werob2020.org, which in this occasion will be held in parallel with the International Conference on Neurorehabilitation (ICNR2020), http://www.icnr2020.org.

Both events will take place in Vigo, Spain in 13th-16th October 2020.

In previous editions of the International Symposium on Wearable Robotics (WeRob) — Baiona, Spain 2014, La Granja, Segovia, Spain 2016, Houston, TX 2017 and Pisa, Italy 2018- we had an excellent program. We aim at having also in WeRob2020 an exceptional program. We would like to invite you to contribute to WeRob2020 by submitting Extended Abstracts (2-Page) of your research activities, by helping us to organize a conference Special Session on any topic of your choice on any of the following or related general conference topics:

  • WRs for Industrial Workers: Exoskeletons and Exosuits
  • Testing: Methods, Protocols and Devices
  • Applications: WRs for Industrial Workers
  • WRs in rehabilitation and assistance: Stroke
  • WRs in rehabilitation and assistance: SCI
  • Soft WR and exosuits
  • (Neural) Interfacing with WRs
  • ELSE (Ethics, Legal & Socio-economic) aspects in WRs in Industry and Health
  • The regulatory framework in WRs in Industry and Health
  • Neuromechanics and WRs
  • Education and training in WRs
